Thank you, I guess as educators we are a little more harder on ourselves than others. After I went back and viewed my presentation I was a little skeptical about it. Trying to figure out what I could have done differently or better, but I just stopped myself and said "Next time you will know what to do and what not to do!!!"
I was very impressed with your opening. I did not start snapping my fingers, but I was fully involved with what you were singing. When I first heard it, I thought, "I didn't do anything like that in my presentation!" I found the slide on interactive learning the most beneficial for me. Although I do not teach distance learning with my third graders, I do want to include interactive learning with technology. Thanks!
Carol, Your video presentation was informative and engaging. Singing at the beginning caught my attention and had me engaged. I especially like your graphics throughout your presentation. The part of the presentation when you shared interactive activities that can be used in distance education was successful. It provided educators with activities that will engage their students. Great work!
Your singing the introduction caught my attention and made me want to learn more. You also have a great voice. I don't think it would have been as successful an approach for me. Your final presentation was informative and easy to understand. As I watched I thought of techniques I use in my own classroom to keep kids engaged. Great job. Jane
I thought you did a wonderful job on your presentation. You have a beautiful voice - a gift I hope you use it often. Your presentation was very informative and I liked the pictures that you chose.
I have been teaching about 7 years in the area of technology applications. I currently reside in Grand Prairie, TX and teach in the Dallas school district.
I especially liked your singing in the introduction of your presentation. You have a great voice! You had me engaged!
ReplyDeleteYour overall presentation was very infromative and successful. Your point was very well delivered and understood.
While watching your video, I wondered about the various methods I can do in my own classroom to better engage my students.
Great work!
